How'd u get the name CPIXEL?
since the site has a grip of latins (read below on why), i needed a name that sounded somewhat spanish i suppose.. so... El Pictures.... (in the beginnin' it was just a directory of pictures)... El Pictures -> El Pics -> El Pix -> Pix El (flip em around), Pixel... how'd the C get there? apixel,bpixel,ipixel,opixel,pixel we're all registered.. cpixel was the next one which wasn't.. so yea.. Cpixel... See El Pictures... lol.. eh, that's my attempt at justification.
Who hosts ur site? What kinda Serverz?
dr_evil and i host it in the secret cave of the mojave desert. for those curious about our sites specs, and what it runs on etc. etc.. ...here ya go. Most of the stuff is top of the line, but we just dont have time to implement all the cool shit but we will as the site continues to grow.

Why is Cpixel mostly mexicans & latins?
hmm, i saw this question in the forums, so i'll just respond to it here.. you could say it's a secret, but fuck it.. might as well let ya'll know...
ok here's the summary... back when i was comin' up w/ the idea for pixel, i had to figure out a way of gettin' people to come to the site. so i thought about what kind of community i wanted to advertise to.. and i picked mex/latin pplz... why? well. my main concern was i didn't wanna compete w/ gigantic 4 year established sites... but the reason is also somewhat personal as well.. i myself being half white and half filipino, and knew plenty of asians/filipinos would have been easiest to advertise to them... but nah, didn't wanna compete w/ asianavenue, findapix, etc... don't wanna infringe on their "market" as they call it. white people? (billions of sites for them) nah... african americans? (lots of competition here) nah... so i decided on latin people. the reason most of the latin pplz on here are predominately mexican, is cuz, back when i was lame and twiddled my thumbs in the chatrooms, i would ease in the AOL Mexico rooms, so i would just scroll the site's URL in there... and it bein' AOL Mexico means there was a lot of mexicans in there.. duh... so it started off w/ mexicans, and from then on... it's been all word of mouth.. since life seems like most people associate w/ more people from their ethnicity than outside their ethnicity... that would explain why pixel has plenty of latin ppl here... you can say i'm racist, prejudice, this and that, etc etc... but i'm really not... all ethnicities are welcomed, and no race/ethnicity is unwelcomed... yet... when i see filipinos here, i tend to get mad.. heh... i'm just hmm.. not the "filipino" type... and i know how most "filipinos" are... etc etc... they travel in hoards, and usually only associate w/ the same.. and invade shiet... i get scared when asians/filipinos come on this shiet sometime, cuz word between them spreads like fuckin' wildfire, and that would just corrupt the purity i have engineered ha ha ha ... plus... more asians/filipinos means more of those little fuckin' annoying cartoon dolls, MoRe TyPInG Like ThIS, etc etc.. yup i'm stereotypin'... deal w/ it...oh yea... mex girlz are just damn attractive as well... =P
